The hotel location was not accurately described. i expected it to be closer to the terminal. A taxi cost me £30. i also found the breakfast buffet lacking. Specifically, it did not offer fried eggs.

Elena at the front desk was very helpful and kind. I appreciate her assistance with directions. The room was clean and tidy. The hotel has an idle location close to Terminal 5, made my transit very simple. It is also near many shops within walking distance, which I appreciate.
The shower gel dispenser in the shower was empty, SO I used the one from the sink.

The room felt smaller than expected. the advertised airport shuttle did not exist. I had to rely on expensive taxis. these issues added unnecessary stress to my travel plans.
